Website terms

Terms for the public site and restricted workspace.

These terms explain who operates this site, the limited purpose of its public information and the boundary around the private Grimberg Labs workspace.

1. Operator and acceptance

This website is operated by BERNARDO CHOURIK GROUP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16553222. Its registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF.

By using the public website, you agree to these terms. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs the services or access it covers and prevails in the event of a conflict.

2. Purpose of this website

The public pages provide institutional, contact, privacy and legal information about Grimberg Labs. They do not constitute an offer to sell goods, a public software subscription, professional advice or a promise to provide access to any internal system.

We take reasonable care over public information but official registers and signed agreements remain authoritative where they differ from a summary on this website.

3. Restricted workspace

The operational workspace is private. Access requires a valid account, authentication and administrative approval. An invitation, login screen or successful authentication does not by itself create a right to access a particular organisation, dataset, tool or function.

Authorised users must keep credentials and authentication codes confidential, use only the access granted to them, and notify us of suspected compromise. Attempts to bypass access controls, inspect another user’s data or interfere with availability are prohibited. Separate workforce, contractor or platform rules may also apply.

4. Permitted use of public pages

You may view and link to the public institutional pages for lawful purposes. You must not misrepresent your relationship with us, reproduce content in a misleading context, probe restricted areas, introduce malicious code, overload the site or use it in a way that infringes law or another person’s rights.

Search-engine crawling of the expressly public pages is permitted in accordance with our robots instructions. Those instructions do not authorise access to the workspace, APIs, tokenised links or any route marked as restricted.

5. Responsible third-party data use

Internal tools may process product and catalogue information supplied by authorised businesses, connected platforms or lawfully accessible public sources for defined commerce operations and research. We do not deliberately seek login-protected or non-public personal data.

Public accessibility does not place information in the public domain and does not waive copyright, trade mark, database, privacy or contractual rights. Users of the workspace must ensure that their source, access method and intended use are lawful and that any permission, licence or platform authorisation required for reuse is in place.

A rights holder or platform operator can raise a source, content or use concern at bernardo@grimberglabs.com. Please identify the relevant material, rights and requested action so the matter can be assessed.

6. Intellectual property and trade marks

The Grimberg Labs name, visual identity, site design and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. You receive no ownership rights by accessing the site. Third-party names, trade marks, product information and media remain the property of their respective owners; reference to them does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. External links

Links to company registers, regulators and other third-party sites are provided for verification or convenience. We do not control those services, their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not incorporate the third-party site into ours or constitute an endorsement.

8. Availability and liability

We may maintain, change, suspend or withdraw any public page or internal function. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that public information will always be free of errors, although we aim to correct material inaccuracies brought to our attention.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on the general information on this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal data is processed, including data generated by website requests, direct communications and authorised use of the restricted workspace. These terms do not obtain consent for optional data processing.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the public site, our operations or legal requirements. The current version and its update date will remain available here. Changes do not rewrite a separate signed agreement retrospectively.

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law gives an individual and does not permit these terms to remove.
